Last night The UCIN Gala Awards for the film productions of 2019 took place at the Studio Hall of the “I.L. Caragiale” National Theatre in Bucharest. Introduced by Cătălina Grama.
Laurențiu Damian, the president of UCIN, opened the event.
Out of the nominated films, the jury presided by Stere Gulea and made of Marilena Ilieșiu, Irina Nistor, Florin Mihăilescu and Dorel Vișan, chose the awards for each category.
Laurențiu Damian, the president of UCIN, announced the Excellency Awards to Radu Igaszag, Melania Oproiu and Tora Vasilescu, the UCIN Accademic Award to Florin Piersic, Dinu Tănase, Constantin Vaeni and the UCIN President Award to the actress Dana Rogoz.
Dana Duma, the president of the Film Critics Association of UCIN presented the awards for the publications of 2019 and the Diploma for the Best Film to the production The Whistlers / La Gomera.
