Exhibition and Film Screening „Rebels with a Cause”, at ICR New York

     The project “Rebels with a cause - 30 years from the December Revolution 1989” took place on Friday, December 6, at the ICR New York office. It evoked the events that marked the abolishing of communism and the three decades of democratic transition, modernization and European integration from the historic, cultural-artistic points of view and also from the Romanian and international perspective. The event included a panel discussion with the guests, moderated by the ICR New York director and also the vernissage of a photo exhibition, with 30 panels with photos made by Dobrivoie Kerpenisan in December 1989, in the Sânpetru Mare village and in Timișoara. The documentary Rebels with a Cause / Rebeli cu o cauză, directed by Dobrivoie Kerpenisan will also be screened during the event..
