“
Decoding the Cărmăzan code” is a book that sets the things in the unexpected order of a destiny about which some might say that everything or almost everything is known. The two authors, Vasile Bogdan andIoanCărmăzan, take the challenge of their meeting, succeeding in redefining, by writer`s effort, an entire emotional universe meant to provoke the competent reader.(…) from the first page to the last, there is a dreamy melancholy, constructively calm, in rearranging a unique world, in search of meaning”, the writer Otilia Sîrbu says in the “declaration of identity” that precedes the book.
About the filmmaker`s personality, the author VAsile Bogdan says that he is always moving, just like when speaking of Andy Warhol, he is different in every take of a series.”
“I met him in different circumstances, he was always different, random angles of a character full of vitality, paradoxical, whose force consists in his ability to re-live, to build, to essentialize, to give life”, Vasile Bogdan added.
