The project “Otto the Barbarian” by Ruxandra Ghițescu selected at Cinelink

     CineLink announced the six projects to participate to Co-Production Market during the Sarajevo International Film Festival in August 2016, among which there is also a project by director Ruxandra Ghițescu.

     Otto the Barbarian, the first full-length feature by Ruxandra Ghițescu, follows the story of a 17-year old boy who has to deal with his girlfriend's suicide, but also with a social services' investigation on him and his family, as a result of the tragedy. The film was produced by Iuliana Tarnovetchi for AlienFilm.
     CineLink's project contest is dedicated first of all, but not exclusively, to filmmakers working on their first or second full-length feature. The second project submission stage to CineLink is open between March 25th – April 26th, 2016.
