The International Film Festival in Cottbus is the most important East European film event started in 1991, after the fall of Communism in Europe. This year`s edition will take place from nevember 4 to 10, 2019 and the programme includes mor
e Romanian productions and co-productions. Legacy / Urma, Dorian Boguță`s directorial feature debut was included in the Spectrum section, alongside other 12 films, among which the co-production Saf, directed by Ali Vatansever.
The feature film Sin, directed by Ines Tanović, is a Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Romania co-production, which will be in the section U18 Youth Film Competition.
Two Romanian short films were selected in the short film competition: The Last Trip to the Seaside / Ultimul drum spre mare (directed by Adi Voicu) and Havana, Cuba (directed by Andrei Huțuleac).
