Graduate of the Institute for Economic Sciences in Bucharest( class of 1953). He works with the National Film Archives, first as a simple employee then as a chief of department only to become, some years later, the manager of this prestigious institution..Then he will be assigned as manager of the Bucharest Film Studios (1966-1969). Starting 1972 till 1989 he is the manager of the Film House no 5 for domestic film productions. After 1990 he puts the basis, together with Mihai Duta and Puica Podeanu, of GUILD FILM , the first independent film distribution company in Romania.
