“My Name is Costin” and “4:15 PM. The End of the World” in the Sarajevo shorts competition

     Mă cheamă Costin/My Name is Costin (directed by Radu Potcoavă) and 4:15 PM Sfârșitul lumii/4:15 PM. The End of the World (directed by Gabi Virginia Șarga, Cătălin Rotaru) were selected in the shorts competition of the Sarajevo International Film Festival (12-20 August 2016).

     The two short features were premiered nationally within the programme Romanian Film Days of TIFF 2016, and 4:15 PM Sfârșitul lumii/4:15 PM. The End of the World was internationally premiered within the shorts competition of the Cannes Festival.
In Sarajevo, the following documentaries were also selected: Doar o răsuflare/A Mere Breath (directed by Monica Lăzurean-Gorgan) and Cinema, mon amour (directed by Alexandru Belc), and the fiction feature-lengths Inimi cicatrizate/Scarred Hearts (directed by Radu Jude) and Câini/Dogs (directed by Bogdan Mirică).
