Spotlight Ada Solomon at Crossing Europe Linz 2018

     The 15th edition of the Crossing Europe International Film Festival takes place is Linz (April 25-30, 2018) and this year, the Spotlight section is dedicated to the Romanian film producer Ada Solomon. The festival presents 10 film productions and co-productions produced by Ada Solomon and two of them are included in the competition program. On April 28, from 16:00, Ada Solomon will hold a masterclass in the OK Deck space in Linz. The festival will

 also be attended by the directors Ivana Mladenović, Răzvan Rădulescu şi Alexandru Solomon.
     The two films in the competition are Soldiers /Soldații. Poveste din Ferentari (directed by Ivana Mladenović) and Tarzan`s Testicles / Ouăle lui Tarzan (directed by Alexandru Solomon). The other films presented in the festival are:

The Happiest Girl in the World / Cea mai fericită fată din lume (directed by Radu Jude), Oceanul mare (directed by Katharina Copony), Child`s Pose / Poziţia copilului (directed by Călin Peter Netzer), Lord (directed by Adrian Sitaru), Alexandra (directed by Radu Jude), Marilena from P7 / Marilena de la P7 (directed by Cristian Nemescu), First of All, Felicia / Felicia, înainte de toate (directed by Răzvan Rădulescu) and Mar Nero (directed by Federico Bondi).
This year the Romanian Cultural Institute in Vienna continues to support the participation of the Romanian filmmakers at the LET`S CEE Film Festival, Vienna Independent Shorts, European Film Weeks in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Sarajevo Film festival, VIENNALE and this human world.
