BIEFF recommendations for Wednesday, March 16th

     The Bucharest International Film Festival reached its first screening day, after a full house opening with Francofonia (Francophonie) (directed by Aleksandr Sokurov).

     For today, March 16th, BIEFF recommends the programs held at Elvira Popescu – the International Competition Digital Dystopias (starting at 5:00 pm) and Quinzaine Cannes: Sharunas Bartas, Premiere Peace to us in our dreams (from 7:30 pm) – as well as the ones held at the Romanian Farmers' Museum Cinema - Oberhausen Film Festival: Paradise in Ruins - Visual Art Activism and the International Competition - Transgressive Bodies.
