The Alter-Native 26 International Short Film Festival 26 ended on Sunday evening, November 11, 2018, with the awards gala of the winners.
The award of the Student Jury went to
Billion (Republic of Moldova), directed by Evgheni Dudceac.
The Special mention of the Jury was received by the director Jukka Silokunnas for the film
Vanishing Point (Finland).
The In Memoriam Simó Sándor Award for the best debut, offered by U.D.T.M.-MADISZ with the support of the Mureş County Council, was received by the short film
Mascarpone (Germany), directed by Jonas Riemer.
Labyrinth (Ukraine), directed by Stepan Koval and Oleksandr Kolodii, won the Award offered by the Administration of the National Cultural Fund.
The Theory Of Sunset (Russia), directed by Roman Sokolov (Russia), received the Award offered by the Târgu Mureș city.
The Trophy of the Alter-Native International Short Film Festival 26, offered by the Mureş County Council, was given to Tóth Barnabás, for his short film
Chuchotage(Hungary).
