The opening of the exhibition
AGERPRES Photography Archives also took place last night, at Atrium Palas, to be open until 8 May. The exhibition also captures important moments of actor Mircea Diaconu's life, as well as historical moments from the old Iași.
Among others, Mircea Diaconu talked about the importance of promoting Romanian cinema: „This initiative of the journalism students is absolutely remarkable, because it brings into focus the values representing us. films together, because behind a movie is hard work, life, pain, and a huge emotional load”. The actor also attended the viewing of the feature
Asfalt Tangou (Asphalt Tango), which celebrated its 20-year anniversary since the premiere, and he talked subsequently with the audience.
Furthermore, several other exhibitions were launched: „SFR in images (La Gard Galleries, Copou, open until 7 May), IN MEMORIAM Ana Maria Ungureanu – „Summer Cloud” (in the Foyer of the Students' Cultural House, open until 8 May, exhibition with donations) and „Film Art” by Ion Bârlădeanu (Unirii Museum, open until 22 May).
Between 4 - 8 May, SFR will bring to recent Romanian productions,
fiction and
documentary features, as well as other special
events.
