“Scarred Hearts”, winner of the Special Jury Prize at Locarno IFF

     Inimi cicatrizate/Scarred Hearts, directed by Radu Jude, won the Special Jury Prize at the Locarno International Film Festival (3-13 August 2016).

     The film was internationally premiered at Locarno Festival that just ended, being well received by international critics. Scarred Hearts is to be screened at Sarajevo IFF (12-20 August 2016), where it also competes in the official competition.
     The Special Jury Prize is one of the main awards granted by the Switzerland-based prestigious event, amounting to Swiss Francs 30,000.
