The Culture City Hall in Zalău together with the CineCultura Association invite the viewers of all ages to a new series of films which will be screened within the frames of the Romanian Film Caravan – the Book and the film.
The screenings will take place from May 8 to 10, 2018, in the Performance Hall of the Transilvania Building (from 9:00, 11:00 and 17:00) and also at the Amphitheatre from the Central City Park, from 20:30.
Starting with this year,
the Romanian Film Caravan will diversify its portfolio by including animations made by well-known directors such as Ion Popescu Gopo, Victor Antonescu, Călin Cazan, Luminiţa Cazacu, Constantin Păun etc. The films in t
d to the children, taking into consideration the events dedicated to the Great Union Centenary, The Romanian Film Caravan will present a few touching historical films, which have topics regarding the First World War and the Great Union, such as:
Ecaterina Teodoroiu (directed by
Dinu Cocea),
Through the Ashes of the Empire / Prin cenușa imperiului and
The Moment of Truth / Momentul adevărului, both of them directed by
Andrei Blaier.
The program will be completed with the films screened in the open air:
Octav (directed by Serge Ioan Celibidachi),
The Bad People / Ticăloşii (directed by
Şerban Marinescu) and
Two Lottery Tickets / Două lozuri (directed by
Paul Negoescu).
The access is free for all the screenings, upon seats availability.
In case of bad weather, the screenings scheduled at the Amphitheatre of the Central City Park will move to the Performance Hall of the Transilvania Building, at the same time.
