Graduate of the Manastirea Dealu Military High School and of the Bucharest Commercial Academy (1930 –graduation year).In 1936 he has the initiative of organizing a Cinematographic Service within the National Tourism Office. He is the co-author of some invention patents for “ video-real” in 1964 and “physio-screen” in 1968.

: Răsună valea, Desfăşurarea, Pe răspunderea mea, Porto Franco, Titanic Vals.
Maybe that his entire anterior activity as a documentarist ( and we count over 100 docus made with portable wooden Debrie cameras ) did not eloquently contributed to the development of cinema in Romania. But some of them stay forever in our minds. Out of which there is one, prized in Venice (where Romanian films seldom found their path) called
Ţara Moţilor, which is unforgettable."(
