“A Decent Man”, in Cinemas

     Starting with today, A Decent Man / Un om la locul lui, the director Hadrian Marcu`s feature debut, is scheduled in more cinemas  all around the country; gala screenings will take place in Brașov, Brăila and Timișoara. The film features the actors Bogdan Dumitrache, Ada Galeș, Mădalina Constantin and Adrian Titieni.
     The film can be seen in Bucharest (Cinema City AFI Cotroceni, Grand Cinema and More Băneasa, Cinema Muzeul Țăranului, Cinemateca Union, Cinema Elvire Popesco, Cinemateca Eforie and Cinema Pro), Arad (Cinema Arta), Brașov (Cinemateca Patria), Brăila (Cinefeel), Cluj Napoca (Cinema Victoria), Gura Humorului (Centrul Cultural Gura Humorului), Iași (Cinema Iași), Pitești (Cinema Trivale), Slobozia (Filme Slobozia), Timișoara (Casa Artelor).
     The gala screenings, in the presence of the film crews, will take place in Brașov (Friday, November 23, 2018, from 19.00, Cinemateca Patria), Brăila (Saturday, November 24, from 19.00, Cinefeel) and Timișoara (Wednesday, November 28, from 19.30, Casa Artelor).
     A Decent Man had the world premiere in the New Directors section of the San Sebastian Film Festival and it was selected in the competition dedicated to the directorial debuts of the Namur Film Festival.
     The film tells the story of Petru, who is a drilling engineer in a multinational company. Petru is about to get married to his pregnant girlfriend when Sonia, his lover, suffers a serious work accident. As his options become fewer and fewer, Petru tries to find an honorable way to get out of one love triangle that is very shaky. The film is based on the novel “Firesc” written by Petre Cimpoeșu.
