Regarding TIFF's cultural impact on Cluj, Corina Șuteu, Minister of Culture, stated for the
AperiTIFF newspaper: “Culture is an asset, an investment whose return is not measured only pragmatically. It should be noticed that the study on TIFF's impact was made only after 14 years. Only know do we know in what we have invested, because now we are able to calculate a major economic impact. We must be aware of the fact that the investment in culture, much like in health, needs to be a long-term one”.
