“We have the opportunity of having beside us an audience that during all these months of isolation transmitted us that they wait for us and support us. We are ready to implement all the protection measures imposed by the authorities for the open spaces and we hope that soon we will have the confirmation of the rules for the screenings inside the cinema halls. The entire organization will prioritize the safety of our viewers”,
The open-air screenings will be organized in special spaces and the chairs will be placed at a distance from one another. The access will be made through lanes which allows the proper triage of the people. The viewers will enjoy evenings with films in Piața Unirii Open Air, Iulius Mall Open Air, Arkhai Sculpture Park in Vlaha, Banffy Castle in Bonțida or the courtyard of the French Institute. Other screening venues will be announced soon.
The indoor screenings will be scheduled after the authorities will adopt the measures that will be enforced regarding the cinema halls. The direction followed by most of the European countries is to allow occupying 50% of capacity per screening.
Some of the TIFF projects will have different forms, adapted to the context: Transilvania Pitch Stop, the program dedicated to the film industry will take place
