The Romanian Cultural Institute in Budapest supports the presence of the Romanian film
Pororoca at the 25th edition of the Titanic International Film Festival that will take place in Budapest (April 4-13, 2018).
During this important film event, 47 productions from all over the world will be screened in 7 cinemas of the Hungarian capital. and 9 of them are included in the competition. The films presented in the sections In Competition,

Festival Favourites, Persian Pearls, Asian Winds, The Dark Side, American Independents and Titanic Dox can be watched in their original language with subtitles in Magyar. The exception is represented by the musical documentaries and a few retrospective materials.
Pororoca, the latest film of
Constantin Popescu as the director and the scriptwriter, presents in 152 minutes the emotional drift of some characters torn apart by the silent power of guilt. The film stars

The film will be screened on Sunday, April 8, 2018, from 20:15, at Art+Cinema (1074 Budapesta, Erzsébet Square, no.39) and on Thursday, April 12, 2018, from 18.00, at the Toldi Cinema (1054 Budapesta, Bajcsi-Zsilinszky street, 36-38).
