„Touch me not” and „Pororoca”, two proposals for a nomination for the European Film Awards

     The European Film Academy and EFA Productions announced the selection of 49 fiction feature films recommended for a nomination for the European Film Academy Awards 2018.

mă atinge-mă, Adina Pintilie`s feature directorial debut and  Pororoca, directed by Constantin Popescu, are the two Romanian films recommended for a EFA 2018 nomination.
In the following weeks, the members of the European Film Academy will vote for the Best European Film, director, actor, actress and screenwriter, The nominations will be announced on November 10, during the European Film Festival in Seville (Spain). A jury of 9 members will decide the winners of the awards for cinematography, editing, production designer, costume designer, hair&make up artist, composer, sound designer and visual effects supervisor

     The list of recommended documentaries include two Romanian documentaries:  The Dean Nation / Țara moartă (directed by Radu Jude) and Tarzan`s Testicles / Ouăle lui Tarzan (directed by Alexandru Solomon).
The 31st edition of the European Film Awards will take place on December 15, in Seville.
