The film is a Romania-Hungary-Germany co-production, released on the
big screens on 3 February 2017, after its
screen preview at KINOdiseea 2016.
LOLA at Berlinale is a project by Berlin International Film Festival, developed in partnership with German Film Academy and German Films (the national company responsible for the promotion of German film), targeting to provide visibility to the best latest German films.
The programme includes films on the long-list of German Academy Awards, the screenings being held with the directors in attendance. The screenings are open to professionals accredited to the Festival and to members of the German Film Academy.
