The
European Film Festival (FFE), at its 20th national edition, will return to Hunedoara for the second time, thanks to the excellent collaboration between FFE organisers and their partners: the Town Hall, Corvinilor Castle and the Faculty of Engineering.

The Festival will open on 27 May, with an outdoors gala at Corvinilor Castle, with the screening of the feature
Dincolo de calea ferată/Beyond the Railway (Romania, directed by
Cătălin Mitulescu). The gala will be attended by Oana Tudor and Radu Romaniuc, who will answer the viewers' questions after the screening.
Between 27 and 29 May, in Corvinilor Castle courtyard and in the Auditorium of the Engineering Faculty of Hunedoara, the audience will be invited to see nine very different European features, new and relevant not only for this day and age, but also depicting significant moments in the recent history of the European continent.
Admission to screenings will be free of charge.
