Crăița Nanu, Selected for TorinoFilmLab 2019

     TorinoFilmLab announced the 20 feature projects and five story editor trainees selected for the 2019 edition of ScriptLab. The program includes a 3 week-long workshop and two online sessions, during which the 20 projects will be separated in 5 work groups; each of them is guided by an international script consultant and one story editor trainee.
     This year, the selected projects are 11 debut films and 9 feature films made by second-time directors. The five film professionals chosen for the story editing training are: Sarieke Hoeksma (the Netherlands), Crăița Nanu (Romania), Joanna Szymanska (Poland), Melisa Uneri (Turkey) and Isabella Weber (Italy). The selection reflects the commitment of TorinoFilmLab to gender parity: eight of the projects are made by female filmmakers and all the five story editor trainees are women.
