
On Friday, 31 March, at 17.30, a collection of shorts are scheduled, of which the following are part:
Farid Fairuz versus Mihai Mihalcea (directed by Alex Pintică) and
Capoeira (directed by Enxhi Rista – who will be present for the talk subsequent to the screening),
The Projectionist (directed by Norbert Fodor). Afterwards, from 19.00, the documentary on Constantin Brâncuși's illegitimate son will be screened,
În căutarea tatălui pierdut / In Search of the Lost Father (directed by
Ionuț Teianu), as well as
Un film mai puțin vesel, mai mult trist, poetic și sfătos / A Film Less Joyful, More Sad, Poetic and Wise (directed by
Cornel Mihalache).
On Saturday, the screenings will kick off at 16:30, with the shorts
Angela (directed by Botond Pusok), the story of a Roma girl from Transylvania, and
10:34 to Belgrade (directed by
Ioana Grigore – who will be present at the talk with then Târgu Jiu audience).
Cinema, mon amour (directed by lui
Alexandru Belc) will continue the

programme, and from 19:15
100 de movile / 100 Risings (directed by Max Cioabă) will be screened. The evening will wrap up with the documentary winner of the BDF 2016 Trophy,
Imagini din vis / Dream Images (directed by Sorin Luca), about Rodion Roșca, pioneer of electronic music in communist Romania. Rodion will talk to the viewers following the film's viewing.
Admission to the event will be free of charge.
