The entry deadline was extended until 4 September.
In order to be eligible, a film must have been produced over the latest 3 years and its duration must not exceed 40 minutes. Upon entry, the filmmakers must send the short either through a Vimeo private link with the viewing password, or as downloading link (e.g.: wetransfer.com), at the address programming@bieff.ro, in.mp4/.mov format, for the preselection.
The participants must also send at the mail address programming@bieff.ro, the following materials: the film's record (contact data, synopsis, film's crew, cast, technical details, director's concept, reviews, mention of any of the film's participation to other festivals and awards granted, if applicable), images from the film and director's bio-filmography.
