The film producer
Ada Solomon received the Central European Initiative Award, offered “to the personality or the film that interprets best the contemporary reality and the dialogue between cultures” by the Trieste Film Festival (January, 19-28, 2018).
At the same festival,
The Dead Nation / Țara moartă (directed by
Radu Jude), the documentary produced by Ada Solomon, received the Balcani Caucaso-Traseuropa Award
Last year, the CEI Award was given to the film
Sieranevada (directed by
Cristi Puiu).
