Graduate of the Institute of Theatre and Film “I.L.Caragiale” – Cinematography Department (year 1968). President of (the Romanian Film and Audiovisual Producers’ Union (UPFAR), which presents the Indie Festival of Independent Romanian Film Producers IPIFF.
