The Hollywood Reporter: “Graduation”, a clinical look at life in modern Romania

     American publication The Hollywood Reporter announces, on the occasion of the Cannes Film Festival, its list of films to be viewed, under the title: “21 festival movies that Hollywood will be talking about this year”.

     Among these is also Bacalaureat/Graduation, the latest feature directed by Cristian Mungiu, described by the American magazine as: “a clinical look at small-town life in modern Romania”.
     Graduation will be simultaneously premiered in Romania and internationally Cannes, on May 19th, in several Romanian cities. The film was bought by distributers from over 30 countries ever since its script stage.
