Cristi Puiu received the Best Director award in the Encounters section,
Malmkrog had the premiere in Paris
in July, than it was brought in front of the Romanian audience at TIFF and ANONIMUL IFF, in August.
And the good news continue. In September CristiPuiu`s film will be screened in the main selection of the 58th edition of the New York Film Festival, which will take place from September 17 to October 11. Other directors included in the selection are Tsai Ming-liang, Frederick Wiseman, Hong Sangsoo, Christian Petzoldand Philippe Garrel.
