Star-films of the New Wave are added to the online collection “The Romanians Go On”

     Two defining films for the Romanian New Wave adds to the online collection called “The Romanians Go On” which celebrates three decades of the post-socialist Romanian cinema in 30 films. These films are Stuff and Dough / Marfa șibanii (2001) and The Death of Mr.Lăzărescu / MoarteadomnuluiLăzărescu (2004), which are both directed by CristiPuiu. They are meant to represent an introduction in Puiu`s body of work, for the American audience. His latest film, Malmkrog, was included in the main selection of the New York Film Festival.  Details: The Romanians Go On
