Romanian Actors in the British Film “Doing Money”

     After a long series of casting sessions, the production company Renegade Pictures which produces the TV film Doing Money (90 min.) announced the cast list. The screenplay is written by Gwyneth Hughes and the director is Lynsey Miller.
     The film tells the story of Ana, a young Romanian woman, kidnapped and sold to a human trafficking network and stars Anca Dumitra (Las Fierbinți). Other Romanian actors who will play in the film are Alec Secăreanu, Dragoș Bucur, Cosmina Stratan, Sergiu Costache, Voica Oltean and Alina Ioana Șerban.
     The screenplay is based on true events; the shootings will take place in Belfast, Ireland. Doing Money will be distributed by BBC Two.
