The actress-director Alina Șerban is nominated for the awards of the German Film Academy

     The actress and director Alina Șerban is nominated for the Best Actress category of the German Film Academy for playing the main part in the Austrian feature film Gipsy Queen (r. Hüseyin Tabak, 2019). The same film brought her the Best 
Actress award at the Tallinn Black Nights festival.
     The 70th edition of the German Film Academy Awards will take place on April 24, 2020. The Awards ceremony will be broadcast online and on the Das Erste TV
Channel.
