BUZZ CEE Film Festival (4 – 9 July 2017, Buzău) included in this year's selection 29 films from 16 Central and South-Eastern Europe countries, the four competition sections being: feature film, documentary, short and student film.
The films were selected by critics Florin Barbu, Cristi Mărculescu
and Bogdan Beșliu, and the winners will be designated by three international juries made up of European industry professionals.
The 29 films selected come from countries such as Serbia, Turkey, Cyprus, Germany, Albania, Austria, Belarus, Croatia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Ukraine, Russia, Greece and Romania. The winners of the competition will receive the Trophies BUZZ CEE – Long BUZZ (for feature film), Short BUZZ (for short), Real BUZZ (for documentary) and Student BUZZ (for student film). The festival's trophies are manually painted by actor and plastic artist Cristi Martin. Furthermore, the winners will be granted post-production services offered by Cinelab România.

(Austria, directed by Pavel Cuzuioc).
