He graduated “Ion Neculce” High School in Bucharest. He studied Civil Engineering in Bucharest(1991-2000). In his second year he begins his work as an editor with Channel 1 TV, run by
Adrian Sârbu. His crucial meeting with film director
Ovidiu Bose Paștina, in 1995, made him choose his true passion. He starts with special editings for fashion shows (ex: Janine). Then continues with videoclips and advertising for Media Pro. In 1998 he founds his own company, Kolectiv Film which collaborates with various other advertising companies. In 2003 he shoots
Everest, a doc about the Romanian group who dared conquer the famous peak. Starting 2006 he is committed to a constant collaboration with the Norvegian doc director, David Kinsella.
