She has worked as a promotional film producer in Cluj (2003-2006), after which she went on working for Saga Film in Bucharest. In 2008 she began producing several films and in 2013 she started a freelance career.

She was married to the editor Eugen Kelemen and is credited in the case of several films as Oana Kelemen.
