Ioana Țurcan

She received a BA in Image for Film and Television and a MA in Documentary Filmmaking from the Babeș-Bolyai University. She co-founded an NGO, B4Film, that focuses on non-formal education in the visual arts and practice. MFA Film Program at the College of Visual and Performing Arts, Syracuse University, NY as a Fulbright Alumna, an award she received for her studies in USA.
