Graduate of the Institute of Theatre and Film "I.L.Caragiale" (year 1974, class prof. Eugenia Popovici and George Carabin). He made his stage debut in 1978 at the National Theatre in Bucharest, where he played the part of Jeff from „Jocul de-a vacanța” / “Holiday Games”, written by Mihail Sebastian and directed by Mihai Berechet. Member of the Teatrul Mic Repertoire Company in Bucharest.
