The fourth Edition of Dracula Film Festival, dedicated to horror and fantasy films lovers, comes back to Brașov, between 12 - 16 October, with a digital competition targeting youth between 16 - 29 years old from all over the country, passionate about film and photography.

The aim of Dracula Digital is to promote cinema education within teenagers, to offer youth all over the country the opportunity to approach the film world and discover and cultivate new Romanian cinematography talents.
The registration is made between 13-30 September, 2016, on the site
www.draculadigital.ro, where the participants may send a film made by their mobile phone, whose duration is up to 3 minutes. The voting form the films entered will be made during 1-7 October, on the above-mentioned site, and the representatives of the first 5 films ranked according to the number of the votes obtained will be invited to Dracula Film Festival where, benefitting from the assistance of experts, they will make a horror, SF, supernatural, thriller or fantastic film. The film will be made with their mobile phone in the city of Brașov, on a theme selected by the jury, and its duration will be of 3 minutes.
The films will be screened within the Festival on Sunday, 16 October, 2016, and the winner will be selected by the vote of the jury. The prize granted amounts to EUR 500.
Furthermore, between 13-14 October, the 5 teams selected will take part to 2 Dracula Film Festival workshops::

On suspense (editing and screenwriting). These will be open to the wider audience.
Dracula Film Festival is to be held in Brașov, between 12-16 October, at Sică Alexandrescu” Theatre, Patria Cinemateque and Cinema One.
