Cinepub.ro continues its partnership with the Aristoteles Workshop, the documentary workshop, with the online premiere of the film
Independence, directed by Rastko Petrovic.

The film shows the portrait of a child who tries to live a normal life, but who sometimes is overwhelmed by the feeling of missing his mother, who left abroad to work. Independence is a former one-person apartment building in Sibiu, transformed into a block of flats. The very narrow apartments make the life of the inhabitants not very comfortable here. Răzvan is a child who lives in this place.
Together with the launch of the Aristoteles Workshop production, Cinepub.ro also announces the open calls for the most important program dedicated to the documentary in Romania. This year, the Aristoteles Workshop is organized in partnership with the Babeș Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca – the Faculty of Theatre and television and it will take place in August (1-31) 2018, at Baru Mare. The competition is open to the young creators from all over the world: directors, cinematographers and editors.
