The Romanian Film Evenings event opens a new call for volunteers and this time it is about those in the 50+ category. The main purpose of this call is to start a dialogue between generations, by means of volunteering, involvement and
organizing activities.
The people who are interested can send an email to artisong.iasi@gmail.com or write a message on the SFR Facebook page. The submission should include the candidate`s personal information (name, surname, age, phone number, address), one photo and a few lines about her/his wish to become a volunteer.
The submission period is July 1 – August 10, 2020.
We decided to do this because we find that it`s extremely important to involve the people who have life experience but who have never been a part of such events as
volunteers. We believe that it will be interesting to see them in action, to enjoy meeting the guests from the film world and to do volunteer work alongside the 1+ generation. We hope that all goes well in terms of public health until the autumn and that we will be able to enjoy the 11 th edition together”, Andrei Giurgia, the SFR
director said.
The 11th edition of SFR will take place from September 30 to October 4, 2020, in different venues in Iași. This edition is dedicated to the actor and director
Horațiu Mălăele.
