Romanian presence at East Doc Platform in Prague


     The Romanian Cultural Institute in Prague, in partnership with the Documentary Film Institute of Prague, is supporting the attendance of Romania to the fifth edition of the East Doc Platform International Festival.
     The event is to unfold during 7-13 March 2016, at the Cervantes Institute in the capital city of the Check Republic.
    The Festival is the most complex and the most significant event in the field of documentary features in Central and Eastern Europe in 2016, representing a meeting place for hundreds of producers, program directors of film festivals, editors, distributors, sales agents and representatives of financing institutions for documentary films. 
     Romanian documentary film is to be represented at this year's edition by 10 Romanian professionals, selected by the Festival organisers: Anca Damian (Aparte Film), Oana Koulpy (One World Romania), Tudor Giurgiu (Libra Film), Ionuț Piturescu (Libra Film), Andrei Dăscălescu (Petrila Planet), Anamaria Antoci (Petrila Planet), Irina-Andreea Malcea (Borders), Christian Hordilă (Transilvania IFF Romania), Csilla Kató  (Astra Film Festival) and Alexandru Teodorescu (Saga Film).
