“Untamed Romania”, in Local Cinemas, Starting with April, 13, 2018

     Transilvania Film announces the release of the feature-length documentary Untamed Romania, a unique project, of huge proportions, which intends to reveal the wild beauty of Romania, a beauty which is unaltered, rough, magical, but extremely fragile.
     The narrator of this true performance of the nature is one of Romania`s most appreciated actors, Victor Rebengiuc.
     In the heart of Europe there is a fabulous natural life: an explosion of wilderness, which represents the home for many creatures. Infinite mountains, secular forests, endless waters, all these house creatures that are important for the old continent.
     There are lands of beauty and of wilderness, where the destinies are dictated by the seasons.
     It is here that you can find creatures that seem to be taken from the legends which live freely and animals that fight for survival. And Untamed Romania will reveal all these incredible stories.
     This journey will show one year in the life of different plants, insects and animals from Romania, their passing through all the four seasons that are still present in our country.
     “Some things should be preserved the way they are, is the message we would want to convey. It`s an invitation addressed to people, to get to know, to be responsible, to cherish. At the same time, it is a story about Romania, that hidden Romania that in 2018 we suggest to <look in the eye>” was the statement of Ionuț Ardeleanu, the general manager of Auchan Retail România.
     The film is supported by Auchan Retail România and the environment NGO The European Nature Trust and made by Off the Fence, a British film production company.
     The national premiere will take place on April, 13, 2018.
