CultIN Programme – funding session between 12 July and 10 August


     The Ministry of Culture announces the launching of the CultIN Programme, a financing tool targeting entrepreneurs operating in the cultural and creative industries, personal initiatives developed within companies, hubs, incubators of projects and business, creation studios, which have the potential to generate prosperity by capitalising on intellectual property.
     The cultural domains for which applicants may submit offers in order to get non-refundable funding are: architecture, crafts, design (e.g.: clothes' or product graphics), digital media and organisation in creative communities (cultural hubs).
     The total amount made available for non-refundable financing for cultural actions/projects within the CultIN Programme rises to RON 500,000. The maximum amount that may be required for one project is of RON 50,000.
     In order to be deemed as eligible, the cultural offers must comply to the following conditions:
a)  To fall within the reference creative domains aimed at by the selection, as provided under Article 8 of the Norms;
b)  To contain the documents specified under Article 7 of the Norms;
c)  To have their unfolding period during the interval 3 October – 15 November 2016.
     The files must be submitted between 12 July – 10 August, 2016 (until 17.00), at the General Registrar's Office of the Ministry of Culture, 22 Unirii Blvd, Sector 3, Bucharest, mentioning „Project for CultIN  2016 Programme”. The offers may also be sent by registered mail at the above-mentioned address, until 10 August, 2016.
     All additional information regarding the application procedure for this non-refundable funding session, the selection procedure of the cultural offers within the CultIN 2016 Programme, the setting up and the operation of the relevant Commissions, and the applicable procedure for solving the contestations, may be found on the Ministry of Culture's site.
