The audience favourites at the big international festivals that grant prizes based on the viewers' votes, such as Sundance FF, Toronto FF, Berlin FF, Rotterdam FF, will be presented in Bucharest within the
Audience Award Film Festival between 10 and 12 June, during
Street Delivery, at Cinema Elvira Popescu and outdoors, in the courtyard of TIAB (17 Verona Street).

On Friday, 10 June, at 18:00, the Festival is to open at Cinema Elvire Popesco with thus year's Audience Award winner at Berlin,
Junction 48. From 20.00, at the same theatre, the Audience Award winner at Rotterdam will be screened, the Danish film
Land of Mine, and at midnight, after the Romania-France football game, in TIAB courtyard, the first public

screening in Romania of
Zelig will be held, Woody Allen's super-comedy, to be introduced by director
Nae Caranfil, the ambassador of the first edition of
Audience Award Film Festival. Admission to this screening will be free of charge within the limit of the available seats.
The negative consequences of violence and war in the evolution of human inter-relationships are discussed also by
Land of Mine/Under Sundet, directed by Martin Zandvliet, winner of Warsteiner Audience Award, Rotterdam 2016, Robert Awards 2016 and of Audience Award, Gijón 2015. Also, film lovers will have the opportunity to view at the
Audience Award Film Festival the film
Room, which brought the talented Brie Larson the Oscar in 2015 for Best Actress.
James White, to be premiered in Romania, one of the audience favourites at the biggest independent film festival in USA – Sundance Film Festival – will close the Festival.
