Camexip Factories of Băicoi will shut off for three days in order to host the cultural events set up by the Prahova County Festival Arkadia ShortFest. The third Edition will kick off tomorrow, 2 September, from 19:00.

The first weekend of the fall brings those who enjoy contemporary art an authentic experience, given that the Festival's programme, at its third Edition, includes, apart from screenings of
shorts in the official selection, numerous other events:
the preview of ExpoShort Fest 2016: Art Factory,
multimedia and
printmaking workshops, the documentary
Nourathar – a tribute to visual arts, the Romanian feature film award-winner this year in Cannes -
Bacalaureat/Graduation (directed by
Cristian Mungiu), workshops and screenings for children,
retrospectives of European prestigious film festivals and interactive parties.
The programme dedicated to the youngest viewers includes, besides the animations in the KINOdiseea retrospective, 3 hours of creative recycling workshops, trademark of Interaktiv University. Developed for kids aged 3 - 8, the workshops aim at putting the little ones in contact with basic cinema knowledge. The trainers of Interaktiv University will provide guidance to children into creating, out of recyclable materials, their favourite characters and integrating them in an animation story.
