The tough, colourful life of a Bucharest neighbourhood, prostitution, illegal deals, regular people leading their day to day life trying to protect their children from the “new world” tentations, Elvis Presley of Romania and a teenager irrevocably in love with Marilena – all these are part of the universe of the medium-length feature
Marilena from P7, a humorous drama by late director Cristian Nemescu.
Andrei, a 13-year old teenager living in a Bucharest neighbourhood, decides to steal a trolleybus in order to impress Marilena, a hooker he's fallen in love with.
With a special cast (
