Saturday, 13 August, the Closing Gala of the 13th Edition of ANONIMUL International Independent Film Festival (8-14 August) took place, during which the audience decided the winners.
O noapte în Tokoriki / A Night in Tokoriki (directed by
Roxana Stroe) took home the Audience Award for Best Romanian Short, and the same prize was awarded to
Eden Hostel (directed by Gonzaga Manso), for Best Foreign Short.
The Ovidiu Bose Paștină Award, offered by the Anonimul Foundation, went to the film
Hopptornet / Ten Meter Tower (directed by Axel Danielson and Maximilien van Aertryck).
The ANONIMUL 2016 Trophy went to the film
The Land of the Enlightened (directed by Pieter-Jan De Pue), handed out to director assistant Gregoire Verbeke,
The 13th Edition of ANONIMUL International Independent Film Festival is organised by the Anonimul Foundation and the FAMart Association, with the support of the Ministry of Culture, the National Filmmaking Centre, the Romanian Filmmakers Union, the County Council of Tulcea and the National Authority for Tourism.
