Liliana Ţuroiu, Mirel Taloș and Krizbai Béla Dan took over on Wednesday, 26.04.2017, the positions as president, and, respectively, vice-presidents of the Romanian Cultural Institute.

The Senate Decision no. 41 on appointing Liliana Țuroiu as president, and Mirel Taloș and Krizbai Béla Dan as vice-presidents of ICR, for a 4-year mandate, was published in the Official Gazette no. 293/25.04.2017.
The three dignitaries were granted on Monday, 24 April 2017, the Parliament's vote for the management positions of the Romanian Cultural Institute (ICR).
Liliana Ţuroiu is University Lecturer, Ph. D., at the Art University of Bucharest, member of the Plastic Artists Union of Romania. During her over 20 years of activity, she has coordinated fairs and exhibitions organised by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and acted as counsel to the president of Romexpo.
Krizbai Béla Dan is a graduate of the faculties of Theology, Psychology and Euro-Atlantic Studies (University of Bucharest). Former director with the Ministry of Culture, subsequently working with the Ministry of Exterior, he held a mandate as deputy director with ICR Tel Aviv.
Mirel Taloş is a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures, University of Bucharest, and of the Political Sciences Faculty of SNSPA. He was State Counsellor of the Prime-Minister (2005-2007), and Deputy, member of the Commission for Culture, Arts and Mass Media (2007-2016).
