“Mo”, Screened at the Francophone Film Festival in Rome


     Romania takes part in the 11th edition of the FRANCOFILM – The Francophone Film festival in Rome, by the screening of the film Mo, directed by Radu Dragomir. The initiative is supported by the Romanian Embassy in Italy and Accademia di Romania in Roma, with the support of the Romanian Cultural Institute. The presence at this festival, organized by the French Institute – Centre Saint Louis, on the occasion of the International Francophonie Day – is part of the series of events organized in Romania, in order to mark the celebrating of 50 years since the launch of the Francophone movement.
     The screening of Mo will take place on Sunday, March 8, 2020, at 17:00, at the French Institute Office – Centre Saint Louis in Largo Toniolo 21/22. The screening will be in Romanian, with Italian subtitles.
     The access is free, upon seats availability.
     Mo and her best friend are caught cheating during exam by the toughest professor in the university. After Mo asks him for a second chance, the professor invites them to his place. Here, the students will have to pass an unexpected examination. It`s all fun and games, until Mo loses control.
     Released in the Romanian cinemas in 2019, Mo features the actors Dana RogozMădălina Craiu and Răzvan Vasilescu.
