The Ministry of Culture – The ACCES Program will be dedicated to the independent cultural operators

The Ministry of Culture wants to come to the support of the independent cultural field, which at this point goes through a major crisis generated by the national emergency situation. This is the reason why the
Ministry of Culture decided that this year the annual financing session through the ACCES Program will be dedicated to the independent cultural operators. At the same time, in order to facilitate the implementing of the cultural projects and actions, in the imposed social distancing context, this year the Ministry of Culture launches the program under the name ACCES Online 2020 and invites the independent cultural operators to submit online projects proposals exclusively, in the following fields: theatre, music, dance, visual arts, immaterial heritage.
The allotted sum for financing the selection session of the ACCES Online 2020 Program is of 1,000,000 lei. The maximum amount that can be requested for a cultural project/action is 50,000 RON. In order to be eligible, the cultural offers submitted to the ACCES Online 2020 Program should be taking place from May 30 to August 31, 2020.
The participating file will be taken to the Ministry of Culture – Bd.Unirii, no.22, sector3, Bucharest – for the Written Culture and Contemporary Creation Direction, mentioning ”ACCES Online 2020 Program Project” on the envelope, but also sent to directiacultura@cultura.ro, mentioning ”ACCES Online 2020 Program Project” in the title of the e-mail.
The deadline is April 30, 2020. More details about the rules of the competition are available on the Ministry of Culture website.
