The Romanian Film Centennial includes the city of Galați on the map of the 100 events dedicated to the Romanian film. On November 10 and 11, 2018, the caravan arrives at the “Fani Tardini” Dramatic Theatre in Galați, with three special screenings and guests from the Romanian cinematography.

On Saturday, November 10, 2018, from 17:00, the viewers are invited to watch the AGERPRESS documentary

Marea Unire: România, la 100 de ani. Next, from 19:00, the feature film
The Loneliness of the Flowers / Singurătatea florilor (directed by
Mihai Constantinescu) is scheduled, in the presence of the actress
Micaela Caracaș. On Sunday, November 11, from 18:00,
Why Me? / De ce eu? (directed by
Tudor Giurgiu) is scheduled.
The events also bring the AGERPRESS photo exhibition “
Romania: Evolution”. The vernissage of the exhibition will take place on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at 16:30.
The events are presented by Irina-Margareta Nistor (the film ambassador of the Romanian Film Centennial).
The Romanian Film Centennial in Galați is supported by the Galați City Hall. The organizing partner is the “Fani Tardini” Dramatic Theatre in Galați.
